Chuck brings a unique edge from 30+ years working on large-scale projects in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. There, he collaborated with engineers, contractors, and project managers to deliver complex, regulated projects to a successful close. This background is helpful in real estate, where he focuses on preparing homes for market, interpreting inspections, handling documentation, negotiations, and guiding clients through every step for smooth, successful close.
